As Founder and CEO, Jonathan spends his time advising on strategy for our most senior clients, counselling the executive team on a broad range of issues including branding, content and marketing management.
He has over 20 years of experience in marketing and technology, spending most of it in digital and social on both the agency and client side. He was previously Global Head of Social Media at JP Morgan and Regional Director at one of the largest agencies in the world, Ogilvy.
As an industry pioneer, he has been part of and led many industry firsts including the first usage of social media in major litigation, the first in-house content studios for Ford and Coca-Cola and the first social media command centres for Standard Chartered and Merck/MSD.
Adrienne is a collector of post-nominal letters eagerly on the hunt to add P,H, and a D to her collection. Adrienne brings the scientific rigour (not the mortis) to the team. As our team of designers and strategists conjure up creative campaigns, Adrienne critically examines everything we make so that it withstands scientific review.
Deeply passionate about data-driven public policy on health, she recently co-authored an influential review on the short and potential long-term health outcomes of COVID-19.
Adrienne is a PhD candidate at the Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy in the field of pharmacotherapy, epidemiology and economics. She holds a Master of Public Health and did her Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences.
Jess leads our team as Strategy Director. Born with a built-in “BS detector”, Jess creates brand messaging that directly serves and connects with audiences. Her holistic approach to strategy ensures that every last detail has been carefully considered.
With a background in employee communication, Jess has been helping leaders bring more empathy, clarity and meaning to their messages for the past 16 years. Think strategy and purpose, vision and values, change and transformation (and basically everything else in between).
Jess joined Unsensible from Jardine Matheson, where she was Head of Group Internal Communication looking after the group’s leadership, HR and change communication activities. Before this, Jess managed Southeast Asia’s internal and external communication for Rolls-Royce plc.
As our Creative Strategist based in the US, Tyler works with both Asia outbound and US-based clients on the development of meaningful messaging. Tyler spends every day helping clients embed creative capabilities into their businesses.
In recent months Tyler has been helping to lead branding, strategy, and design-related projects for teams across GreenLight Biosciences. As a newly listed company on the NASDAQ, Tyler ensures that all our work for GreenLight is aligned with the company’s objectives and messaging.
An Ogilvy-er in a former life, Tyler worked with Ford and IBM on influencer management, community engagement and the development of regional content hubs. For his creative work, Tyler has received merits at local, regional, and international award shows including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, London International Awards, and New York Festivals World’s Best Advertising.
Kimberley is our Client Partner. She works closely with all our clients to ensure their business needs are met. With our team spread across time zones, Kimberely ensures that our systems run like a well-oiled machine to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Prior to joining Unsensible, Kimberley worked in roles across account and project management for in-house, agency and startup companies from a range of industries. Her previous experience ranges from overseeing TUMI’s app development and creating content for Vogue HK, to spearheading full-blown interactive events for La Mer.
She recently worked at ExpressVPN, leading the video and SEO team in the company's global rebrand. Earlier in her career, she worked with an extensive portfolio of luxury brands to bring content to life through immersive technology. Her efforts contributed to the company winning numerous PR awards including Best Use Of Technology, as well as Campaign of the Year in 2019 at the Marketing Interactive Southeast Asia Awards.
Archie is our Strategist on a mission to deliver insight-driven brand narratives. He closely collaborates with our creative team to craft messages that evoke an emotional response from the audience.
Before joining the Unsensible team, Archie worked for Ogilvy and McCann where he spent most of the time in the planning department. He's quite the planning hybrid, drawing from his past experience with account management, creatives and social. His experience in strategic planning spans many specialities such as brand strategy, digital strategy and CRM.
As an ex-Ogilvy planner, he led the Abbott Nutrition account on brand strategy and customer engagement activities. He helped set the digital foundations of the brand’s loyalty programs for baby and adult nutrition. He’s also handled a number of multinational brands including Unilever, Nestlé, Sanofi, and Levi Strauss.
As our Content Producer, Isabel supports clients in creating thoughtful brand messaging. Her work gathering and analysing industry research helps inform strategies that position brands in competitive markets. She then brings their messaging to life through emotive scripts for brand content. Isabel also works as a video editor for us, executing sleek visual content, and runs Provocations, our blog series on science communication.
Isabel leads scriptwriting for our projects with Hong Kong-based biotech pioneer Prenetics, which went public on the NASDAQ in May 2022. Her previous work with them includes their Christmas campaign ad and a charming educational series on DNA. Isabel also led our research on potato growers that laid the branding foundations for Calantha, a sustainable RNA-based pesticide by GreenLight Biosciences.
At Kenyon College, Isabel double majored in Film and Psychology. Her college thesis film The Homecoming, which explores the complicated nature of friendship, received a nomination for Ohio Valley Emmy for Best Student Film.
Meg is known at Unsensible as “The Boss”, AKA our Commercial Manager. She is responsible for keeping the finances of Unsensible in good health.
She supports the agency across our entire administrative and financial operations––from budgeting and bookkeeping to assessing and reporting the viability and cost of agency projects.
She has over 15 years of experience in finance, audit and asset management. As Head of Materials and Fixed Assets at Maynilad Water Services, Inc in the Philippines, Meg implemented policies and procedures that reduced millions of pesos of inventory loss to zero in less than 3 years. Meg is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Masters in Business Administration under her belt.
Karis, our Senior Art Director, is also our in-house font guru. She helps clients translate brand strategies into enticing visual languages that attract and convert target audiences. Her design approach is rooted in strategy to ensure each piece of design is not only beautiful but also purposeful.
Karis joined Unsensible from Joyce Wang Studio, where she crafted unique interiors for hotel and restaurant clients. Before this, Karis was a Brand Strategist at Brand Union and Art Director at Ogilvy, helping clients from real estate giants and luxury hotels to one of the first virtual banks in Hong Kong establish their brand voice in Asia.
Karis has won a Cannes Lions Bronze, a Clio Silver and a D&AD Wood Pencil for her work with Amnesty International during her time at Brand Union.
Louise is our Art Director and in-house animation expert. She is responsible for creating compelling visuals that make strategy come to life. Effective design should move and attract people - and that’s her goal with every creative output.
Before joining the Unsensible team, Louise was directing animation for TV, short films and commercials. Her previous clients include UN Women and RTHK. She also worked as a 3D motion graphic designer in a local Hong Kong TV station. Besides animation and design, Louise is our in-house professor, as a part-timer lecturer of animation at the School of Creative Media at Hong Kong City University.
Louise received her MFA from the California Institute of the Arts in Experimental Animation. Her animated shorts have been screened internationally and has received the ‘Jury’s Special Awards’ at multiple animation film festivals.
Ina is our design wizard. Her mission is to rid the world of ugliness, bad fonts and irregular spacing. While documents that lack cohesion put their readers’ to sleep, they tend to keep Ina awake at night. Ina’s goal in every project is to engage her audience by leveraging brands’ personalities in creative and compelling ways.
Ina’s work in structuring, designing, and elevating GreenLight Biosciences’ investor presentations has supported the company during its rise to a US$1.2B valuation. Ina’s work in transforming GreenLight’s highly technical information into well-designed whitepapers has reached highly influential readers, including lawmakers and decision-makers in the US government.
Before joining Unsensible, Ina was working with clients around the globe to transform their raw ideas into stunning layouts. Her experience with companies such as Scandlearn, IB InBev, and Mason Industries has supported her development in creating seamlessly structured documents.
