BizBaz, a company founded in 2021, specialised in helping businesses make better decisions about people using predictive analytics. Initially focused on the finance sector, they expanded their services to HR and Talent due to increasing demand. Despite their success, the company felt that their brand no longer accurately reflected their evolving mission and future aspirations.
Key Challenges:
To address these challenges, BizBaz underwent a comprehensive rebranding, emerging as InsightGenie. This new name reflects the company's ability to provide seemingly magical insights using behavioural science and AI, while also incorporating a clever pun on "Gini," a term used in predictive modelling.
The visual identity was overhauled with a new logo symbolising the spark of insight, and a shift to a warm, organic green colour palette representing growth and human potential. This holistic approach to rebranding aimed to create a stronger, more differentiated brand identity that accurately communicates InsightGenie's unique value proposition and future direction.
