Napoleon Biggs is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader who has been helping organisations navigate the complex channels of digital disruption for the past 25 years.

His passion for technology and making a difference have led Napoleon to create several successful startups, including Asia Capacity Exchange, Web Guru, Game Guru, Palava Digital, Web Wednesday and Purecomm.

‍

Napoleon has the honour of teaching digital marketing and business transformation at one of the most prestigious universities in Asia – The University of Hong Kong – while also mentoring a variety of startup programmes around the world.

‍

He also started his own networking community in 2006 with over 7,000 members called “Web Wednesday”, which focuses on creating content and connecting people through social media. Napoleon is a determined leader who is always looking for new ways to help people succeed in their businesses and reach their potential.
